Biology is the oldest and most complicated discipline that explains the human body’s composition, function, and evolution. This discipline has grown to include a wide range of topics and has been thoroughly investigated. We have been able to answer many perplexing questions about biology with the help of technology. However, our findings raise more questions, expanding the scope of biological research indefinitely. Given my enthusiasm for the subject, it was a foregone conclusion that I would pursue a Bachelor of Science in Medical Microbiology following high school. I’ve been reading and researching because of my insatiable curiosity. Advanced knowledge has been an important element of my profession in recent years, making a Master’s degree in Cell and Molecular Biology a requirement.
Immunology, Microbial Pathogenesis, Parasitology, Epidemiology, Disease Pathology, and other topics were covered in my Bachelor of Science in Medical Microbiology. I was a member of the Microbiology and Sterilization research team that performed Minimum Inhibitory Concentration Testing, Bioburden Testing, Antimicrobial Efficacy, and USP Microbiological Testing, among other things. This encounter increased my self-assurance and critical thinking abilities, all of which are essential for a successful research career. In 2020, I completed two courses on Coursera: edX’s Molecular Foundations of Medicine, developed by Stanford University, and Rice University’s Fundamentals of Immunology: Innate Immunity and B-Cell Function.
On weekends, I taught music and dance to orphaned youngsters in an NGO for five years. This event boosted my interpersonal skills and taught me how to interact with people from other backgrounds more closely. Another hobby of mine is bottle art, thus I spend most of my free time collecting, painting, and decorating bottles. This activity keeps my imagination alive; it has inspired me to sell my antiques on a given website, and I am pleased to report that the concept has proven to be successful.
In the short run, after earning a Master’s degree overseas, I would like to obtain experience working in a life science research and development organization. Molecular Geomicrobiology, Microbial Physiology, Lipid Biosynthesis, and the Role of Molecular Mechanisms in Regulating Immune Responses are some of the topics of research I’d like to pursue as a Biological Scientist. In the future, I’d like to specialize in Clinical Trial Management and work for prestigious Clinical Research laboratories. In the next ten years, I envision myself conducting successful trials with human volunteers to improve community health outcomes and use my technical skills to do so.
