Sample Statement of Purpose for Master’s in International/Global Business Management/Administration

In today’s intensely competitive world, proper resource allocation is at the heart of every firm and is required for its expansion and sustainability. To achieve market stability, a careful balance between strategy and execution is essential. I have always enjoyed coming up with new ideas, strategizing, and brainstorming plans to improve operations and make the company more customer-focused. Throughout my work, my clear communication and interpersonal abilities have assisted me in leading teams toward a similar goal. Directing, management and planning have always come naturally to me, from being appointed as the class monitor to leading several student organizations in the college. An MBA degree is a must-have for any management professional’s resume. As a result, I’m applying to this graduate school in order to refresh my abilities and acquire useful business ideas.

Bachelor of Business Administration was a three-year program that drastically transformed my outlook, from improving my business acumen to enhancing my leadership abilities. The training was very entrepreneurial in nature, and it taught me how to give great presentations that included statistical data analysis. One of the most interesting assignments in my undergraduate degree was writing my business dissertation, ‘The Efficacy of Outsourcing in Midsize Businesses.’ I gathered data by conducting online questionnaires and researching the cost-benefit of outsourcing key business functions in medium-sized businesses.

After earning my Bachelor of Business Administration from the SP Jain School of Global Management in 2018, I was hired as an Analyst at Bain & Company. I was exposed to the fundamental business standards and laws applicable to my country and region while working on dynamic initiatives such as market research studies, strategy projects, operational engagements, and so on. I collaborated closely with consultants and project managers, as well as a team of Analysts and Associates. While working in several sectors, I reported to the Senior Consultant/Manager. One of the projects that were fascinating was a digital transformation for the banking sector. Using unique management tools and technologies, I assisted with financial analysis, business process reform, market analytics for mergers and acquisitions, and more.

I am currently employed as an Associate Consultant with Bain & Company, where I am responsible for resolving cross-functional difficulties. I’m responsible for reviewing data sources, interpreting and gathering key information, presenting the analysis to stakeholders and clients, and coordinating the team’s efforts. During my three years with Bain & Company, my ability to comprehend customer requirements earned me distinction and praise. I traveled to six European nations and two Asian countries for global training and meetings with offshore employees and clients.

During my undergraduate studies, I volunteered in a variety of college organizations and events. On the placement committee, I was one of the college representatives. We worked hard to attract reputable organizations and provide them with the required infrastructure to conduct placement drives on our campus. We were able to bring in six new businesses, absorbing 30 pupils from our class. In the year 2020, I gave video lectures to students enrolled in Symbiosis Institute For Distant Learning’s Online Diploma in Management program. Business Data Evaluation, Corporate Strategic Management, and MIS/ Systems Design were among the topics I taught them.

Aside from academics, I enjoy spending my free time cooking and experimenting with new foods. I am a foodie who enjoys trying new foods from around the world. In 2019, the journal ‘India’s Fusion Culture’ published four of my most popular dishes. I used the Indian traditional method of cooking to create continental dishes with unusual ingredients in these recipes. Table tennis is one of my favorite games, and I’ve been playing it since I was in college. In 2016, I won the Table Tennis Championship hosted by India’s top MBA schools.

I want to work with companies and businesses that share my values and views after receiving a graduate degree from your famous university. In the near future, I plan to pursue a strategic role in investment banking, utilizing technological improvements to improve operational efficiency. I’m excited to carve out a niche in the field of business management and tailor my profile to the needs of the highly competitive job market. I am confident that the Master’s Program will help me achieve my career objectives.

The University of……………………….. has a long history of pioneering research and integrative education. It has carved up a reputation for itself in the international market thanks to its strong historical background, notable alumni, and eminent faculty members. The program’s interesting content and the diversity of the student group studying on your campus have both wowed me. Working with the best brains from across the world, the University will provide me with several opportunities to uncover my skills and reveal my creative potential. Through my work and contributions to future projects, I will endeavor to continue your university’s heritage. I’m hoping that my application will be accepted.
